Budget & Administration Department
The Budget & Administration Department is responsible
for creating and monitoring BPDA Rhode Island Chapter’s
annual budget. Additionally, this Department is responsible
for quarterly budget reporting to National BDPA.
The annual budget is presented to the Local Board of Directors
(BOD) for approval on or before the November BOD meeting.

Fundraising
Department (Internal/External Funding)
This Department of Fundraising (Internal/External Funding)
was formed to concentrate on the development of funding
sources to support Chapter programs. The funding sources
include, but are not limited to, the following:
· BDPA Education & Technology Foundation
· Other Foundations
· Corporate Funding
· Grant Writing
· Individual Donations
· Fundraising Events
This Department establishes and maintains relationships
with those persons involved in the administration for the
funding sources. BDPA Rhode Island Chapter will support
all funding strategies and efforts adopted by the National
Board of Directors and implemented by the National VP-Finance.
